PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

When purchasing products on concettavitelli.com you must fill on your personal information such as name, address, and payment information. Note, that a purchase made on concettavitelli.com is not binding until we have accepted your purchase. You will receive a confirmation on your order via e-mail. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation.

The order is not accepted until it is approved and the items registered in our stock. You will then receive an order and shipping confirmation.

PAYMENT

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) through Stripe, a secure payment system. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. All payments are extremely secure through Stripe. We do not store any sensitive payment information.

Order’s cancellation

If you haven’t completed your order yet, you can cancel it anytime by simply removing the selected items from your cart. If you already completed your order and want to cancel it, please send us an email to concettavitelli@gmail.com immediately! If your order hasn’t been shipped already, we will cancel your order and refund you your money. If your order has already been shipped and is on its way, we cannot cancel the order.

Gift

If you have received a gift, which has been bought from us, and you wish to return the product we can exchange it for another product of the equivalent value. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash.

Please contact us within 14days of receiving.

Modifications to the service and prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Our packaging is recycled where possible. Your order will arrive in an environmentally friendly wrapping, but will be safe and secure.

PUBLICITY

We welcome enquiries from Media and Magazines for product shots. If you are a stylists purchasing products for photoshoots, please do get in touch to let us know.
If in the rare occurrence that we do offer our products for a photoshoot, we cannot cover postage costs to the recipient. we will expect full payment without delay of any breakages during the photoshoot or on the return journey back to the shop. Please do not hesitate in contacting us to discuss this if you are interested in photographing our products for a magazine edit or feature
